What time can we arrive and have our room?

Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. However, if you wish to arrive before 4:00 p.m. and subject to availability, you can contact us on 04 67 75 06 56.

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. every day, on the terrace or in the dining room depending on the weather!

Do you accept pets?

Pets are welcome at Domaine le Milos! Additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay, do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

Do you have parking?

We provide private and completely free parking to make your life easier during your stay!

What types of apartments are offered at Domaine Le Milos?

Domaine le Milos offers studios for one to two people and apartments with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.

What equipment is included in the accommodation?

All our accommodations have a kitchenette, necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans), reversible air conditioning, a storage cabinet and a drying rack.

What services are offered by Domaine le Milos?

During their stay, guests at Domaine Le Milos benefit from a range of services to make their experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Domaine le Milos is entirely suitable for families, in fact we have several relaxation areas, a pétanque court and a garden accessible to all!

Is there a pet policy?

Pets are accepted for an additional fee. Animals will not be able to access the swimming pool area and must be kept on a leash in common areas. In addition, droppings must be collected to avoid any inconvenience for other customers.

How can I access public transport from the aparthotel?

Within a few minutes' walk of Domaine Le Milos, you will find several bus stops serving Baillargues Train Station and various local destinations.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during high season.

Out of season the reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. but to contact us you can always send us an email to infos@hotel-milos.fr and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (letter or email)

  • For stays of 1 to 3 nights: 2 days (48 hours) minimum before the planned arrival date. Otherwise the cancellation fee is 1 night. In the event of no-show, the full amount of the stay is due.

  • For stays of more than 3 nights: 7 days minimum before the planned arrival date. Otherwise the cancellation fees are 30% limited to the equivalent of 3 days. In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay is due.

  • For group stays (4 accommodations or more): the cancellation deadline is a minimum of 4 weeks before the planned arrival date.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Domaine le Milos provides free use of a high-speed wifi network upon your arrival.

What languages ​​are spoken by the staff?

The staff speaks different languages: French, English, Spanish and Dutch.

Are the accommodations equipped with air conditioning or heating?

All accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer!
